This website is provided for informational purposes. Prices, availability, warranty terms, and financing offers described on this site are subject to change and are finalized only in your signed estimate or contract.

SMS Terms & Conditions

These SMS Terms govern text messages sent by Blackfoot Roofing & Construction ("we," "us") to you through our customer-service messaging program ("Blackfoot Roofing Customer Service").

Please note that, subject to end-user opt-in, Blackfoot Roofing & Construction will periodically send SMS payment links, receipts, and care-related notifications. Msg volume may vary. Text HELP for help. Reply STOP to unsubscribe.

1. Program description

We send transactional messages related to your estimate, appointments, scheduling, service updates, warranty matters, and one-to-one replies to questions you send us. We do not send marketing or promotional SMS.

2. Opt-in / consent

By providing your mobile number and checking the SMS consent box on our forms — or by texting us first — you agree to receive recurring SMS from Blackfoot Roofing & Construction at the number you provided, sent through an automatic telephone dialing system. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

3. Message frequency

Message frequency is recurring and varies based on your project (typically a handful of messages around scheduling and job completion).

4. Cost

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

5. Opt-out

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Reply STOP to any message and we will confirm your opt-out and send no further messages. To rejoin, sign up again the same way you did the first time.

Estimates & work

Free estimates are honored for the period stated in the written estimate. Any change to the scope of work will be documented and approved by you before we proceed.

Warranty & liability

Workmanship and manufacturer warranty terms are set out in your contract and any manufacturer paperwork we register on your behalf. Nothing on this website modifies those terms.
