"Blackfoot Roofing & Construction" is a d/b/a (fictitious name) of Sterling Custom Homes Design & Construction, LLC. Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly when you request an estimate, contact us, apply for financing through one of our lending partners, or opt in to receive text messages. That information may include your name, mobile phone number, email address, property address, and details about the roofing work you need. We also collect basic technical information (such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited) when you use our website.

How we use your information

We use your information to respond to your inquiries, provide estimates, schedule and perform roofing work, coordinate financing you request, and follow up on projects and warranty matters. We may also use it to send you appointment and service-related text messages, if you opt in.

SMS / Text messaging (A2P 10DLC)

Blackfoot Roofing & Construction operates a customer-service SMS program used to send appointment confirmations, scheduling and service updates, and replies to questions you send us. We only collect your mobile number when you provide it to us — for example, on our estimate or contact form, or when you ask us to text you.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

• Message types: transactional — appointment confirmations, scheduling updates, service notifications, and one-to-one replies.
• Message frequency: recurring; frequency varies based on your project.
• Cost: message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Sharing your information

We share your information only with service providers who help us run the business — for example, financing partners (Wisetack, ServiceFinance, PowerPay) you apply through, insurance carriers when we're handling a claim on your behalf, and software vendors that host our records or transmit SMS on our behalf. We do not sell your personal information, and, as noted above, we do not share mobile opt-in data or consent with any third party.

Data retention

We keep contact and project records for as long as needed to service your account, honor warranty obligations, and meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements. When those obligations end we delete or de-identify the information.

Your choices

You can ask us to update or delete the information we hold about you by calling (850) 251-9792 or emailing office@blackfootroofing.com. You can stop receiving text messages from us at any time by replying STOP to any message we've sent you.

Children's privacy

Our services are for homeowners and adult decision-makers. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent change. Continued use of our services after an update means you accept the revised policy.
